Place oven racks on 2 & 4.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

All the ingredients you will need.

Mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl.

Beat butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Add molasses, egg and vanilla; beat well.

Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well combined.

Press dough into a ball. Wrap bowl in plastic wrap. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls.

Roll in granulated sugar.

Place 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheets.

Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.

About 5 minutes after putting the cookies in the oven take them out and press the white chocolate chips into the tops of the cookies.

Place the cookies in the oven for the rest of the 8-10 minutes. Then take out of oven and enjoy!
