Set the oven temperature to 160 C.
Mix oatmeal flour with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Add flax seeds.
Add quinoa puffs.
Add maca powder and salt.
Stir. If you like to add spices now is the time to do so.
Add melted coconut oil & water.
Stir. Let rest 8-10 minutes.
Pour out the "dough" onto parchment paper.
Flatten it out by adding another parchment paper on top. The trick is here to not make it too thin or it will crumble once it is done simply by looking at it.
When you're satisfied with the thickness remove the upper parchment paper..
..and sprinkle with chia seeds (optional). Bake in the oven around 1 hour. Then lower the temperature to 50-75 C and bake another 20 min.
Here we have the finished result. Usually I get to keep this type of bread to myself but today the rating was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Using oatmeal flour and maca is something I will continue with.
