Tamper well to create a compact basket with a flat surface. Make sure to leave no cracks in the basket as this will ruin the shot of coffee produced.
Ensure your machine is pre heated for at least 10 mins as temperature is key to a successful shot. A perfect shot should be achieved within 20 seconds.
