Brew a strong pot of coffee. I normally put in a cup of coffee per 12 cups water
Fill 2 cups with ice. One for shaking, the other for drinking

Pour your hot coffee in your shaking cup, put a lid on it and shake it.
Pour your now cold coffee into another cup filled with ice. Put your milk and sugar in and enjoy.
My cup is fancy with a lid. But it saves me $ every day
