Mix flour 150 gm. Of water (portion of mixing can be determined as needed) pour COLD water into flour, mix it well
Put vegetable or meat into batter
Fry in hot oil until it crispy golden brown
Dip vegetable in mixed flour
Put them on tissue paper
Serve on plate
